The Atlanta Hawks will take on the Philadelphia 76ers tonight at home at Philips Arena. This will be the first game back from a six-game road trip for the Hawks, on which they finished a respectable, but no more than that 3-3. With a win tonight, the Hawks would improve to 34-26 on the season and 1-1 in the regular season series with the 76ers. The probable starters for the Hawks tonight are Jeff Teague and Dahntay Jones in the backcourt, Anthony Tolliver and Josh Smith at the two forward spots, and Al Horford at center. Louis Williams (torn ACL, right knee) is listed as out. Zaza Pachulia (sore right Achilles) and Kyle Korver (sprained right great toe) are listed as game-time decisions. Shelvin Mack, who the Hawks signed to a 10-day contract today, is expected to be available for the game tonight against his former team. I think the key to a win tonight for the Hawks is containing Jrue Holiday. He is really the only true scoring threat on this team with Jason Richardson and Andrew Bynum out, and he controls the tempo of the game and makes Philadelphia's offense flow. If the Hawks can keep him from getting into a rhythm as a scorer or facilitator, it will disrupt the 76ers' offense, and I think the Hawks will come away with a W.
