The Atlanta Hawks will take on the Charlotte Bobcats tonight on the road. The Hawks will be looking for their fourth-consecutive victory tonight. With a win tonight, the Hawks would improve to 7-4 on the season and 1-0 in the regular season series with the Bobcats. The probable starters for the Hawks tonight are Jeff Teague and Devin Harris in the backcourt, Kyle Korver and Josh Smith at the two forward positions, and Al Horford at center. I think there are two keys to the game for the Hawks tonight. The first is not to underestimate this Bobcats team. They have actually been winning this year. The Hawks did completely demolish them in last year's regular season series, but this is a new team. They have a year of experience playing together under their belt, and they have a new coach that does not play around. The Hawks must come into the game like they would against a team like the Heat or the Thunder. The second key I have is taking good care of the ball. It is a good thing that Harris is in the probable starters, because while the Hawks are first in the league in forcing turnovers, the Bobcats also are very good at that too. So, the Hawks might need both point guards in the starting lineup to handle the basketball. They have to work on not making risky passes and finding guys when they're open. They did an excellent job of this Wednesday against Washington. If the Hawks can come out playing like they would against an elite team and taking care of the basketball, I think they can get a W tonight against the division-rival Bobcats.
