The Atlanta Hawks will take on the Brooklyn Nets tonight at home at Philips Arena. This will be Joe Johnson's second return to Philips since being traded to the Nets in the offseason. With a win tonight, the Hawks would improve to 35-27 on the season, 2-1 in the regular season series with the Nets, and 1-1 in their back-to-back set. The probable starters for the Hawks tonight are Jeff Teague and Devin Harris in the backcourt, Josh Smith and Al Horford at the two forward positions, and Johan Petro at center. Louis Williams (torn ACL, right knee) is listed as out. Zaza Pachulia (sore right Achilles) is listed as a game-time decision. Ivan Johnson, who missed the Hawks' previous game due to personal reasons, is not mentioned on the injury report, which could be a good sign that he will be back. I think the key to a win tonight for the Hawks is closing out on the shooters. The Nets shoot a lot of three-pointers and make a lot of three-pointers. The Hawks don't want Deron Williams to do to them what he did to the Wizards last night. If the Hawks can limit the Nets from beyond the arc, I think they can get a W tonight on the second night of a back-to-back.
